Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies
Onboard businesses and vendors onto the platform
Provide marketing and sales advisory to support vendor growth
Increase platform adoption and ensure vendor performance
Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities
Enhance product visibility and market positioning
Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights
Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategies into measurable results
3–4 years experience in marketing, business development, growth strategy, or related areas
Demonstrated success in market strategy, vendor onboarding, or sales leadership
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Data-driven mindset with basic analytical capability
