Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of capital and operational projects.
Review project charters, execution plans, and deliverables for alignment and compliance.
Track performance against schedule and cost baselines, highlighting risks or variances promptly.
Monitor resource usage and identify potential constraints.
Coordinate communication among internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and close-out reports.
Support cost forecasting, commitment tracking, and financial close-out processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years project management experience within upstream oil and gas.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and relevant project control tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working within governance structures and managing project risks.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is an added advantage.
