Serve as first point of contact, handling calls and correspondence for the CEO.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Arrange business travel, accommodation, and logistics with clear communication to the CEO.
Organize company events and conferences.
Prepare the CEO for meetings by arranging all necessary documents and information.
Maintain administrative systems and processes as directed.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other documents ahead of meetings or as required.
Liaise with staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare agendas, conduct research, and take meeting notes when necessary.
Collate and record expenses and generate monthly budget reports.
Conduct research, develop case studies, and validate prospects for potential investments.
Perform additional duties assigned by the CEO.
HND or BSc in Administration or a related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and correspondence skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional and confidential handling of information.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Strong research and analytical skills.
