Job Summary

This role supports the Lagos branch by coordinating daily service operations, supervising technical and administrative teams, strengthening customer relationships, overseeing inventory processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.








Key Responsibilities

Manage daily planning, deployment, and completion of service activities


Supervise teams and enforce adherence to HSE and organizational policies


Allocate resources including personnel, tools, and equipment


Review service reports, warranty submissions, attendance records, and petty cash documentation


Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks


Monitor quotations, work orders, invoicing, and related files


Act as a secondary customer contact and provide updates on schedules, progress, and challenges


Audit inventory and supervise ordering, receiving, and dispatch processes


Oversee stock-taking exercises and validate report accuracy


Supervise documentation, office administration, and record-keeping


Support HR-related duties including labour contracts


Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines


Provide weekly branch updates on key activities and variances


Submit monthly reports covering KPIs, major tasks, expenses, and manpower planning


Support budgeting and financial tracking for the service department


Promote a strong safety culture and conduct HSE briefings


Recommend improvements to work processes and data management systems


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline


Minimum of 2 years in a similar role and at least 3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity


Basic technical knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems


Experience supervising administrative and technical teams


Strong communication and customer-service abilities


Proficiency in service-management software and MS Office 365


Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


Valid Nigerian driver’s license


Willingness to travel within Nigeria


Must currently reside in Lagos
