Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead – Fiber Operations

This role oversees quality assurance activities for fiber infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with standards, leading audits, maintaining documentation, and supervising performance reporting across Outside Plant operations.

Conduct spot checks, milestone tests, and final acceptance reviews for fiber deployment activities

Enforce quality standards and escalate non-compliance issues

Maintain accurate “As Built” records and update training materials

Perform scheduled audits and verify compliance with operational guidelines

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports

Lead internal and external training programs for the quality team

Support quality improvements across fiber operations

Collaborate with technical teams to uphold infrastructure standards

Ensure documentation integrity and continuous process enhancement

Participate in project oversight and quality evaluations as required

B.Eng. in Civil or Electrical Engineering (minimum 2.2/Upper Credit)

At least 5 years of experience in turnkey fiber deployment and civil works

Strong understanding of fiber standards, materials, and operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Project), AutoCAD/Visio; GIS knowledge is an added advantage

CFOT certification is beneficial

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Leadership ability with experience guiding teams

Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

Tech-savvy, resilient, and results-oriented

Willingness to travel when required
