Manage office supplies, documentation, correspondence, and schedules
Assist with financial records and basic accounting tasks
Handle appointment scheduling, customer enquiries, and general office support
Provide customer service and assist team members when needed
Use office software and MS Office tools for administrative work
Support additional office tasks as directed by management
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Good command of office management software and MS Office Suite
Prior experience as a Secretary or Office Administrator is an advantage
Experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial
