Manage daily office administration including phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Handle accounting duties such as data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliations
Support HR-related activities as needed
Keep financial records updated and accurate
Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks
Carry out additional administrative responsibilities assigned by management
Prior experience in an administrative or accounting position
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
