Key Responsibilities
* Oversee on-ground outreach initiatives, events, and activation campaigns across major Nigerian markets.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with media outlets, radio stations, PR channels, and influencers.
* Implement offline and digital user acquisition tactics that strengthen brand visibility and customer growth.
* Support tailored content creation, community-focused engagement, and localized messaging efforts.
* Monitor campaign results, analyze user acquisition funnels, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications
* B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Four to eight years of experience in growth, brand activation, or customer acquisition roles; fintech experience is an added advantage.
* Strong field execution abilities and hands-on experience with events, outreach, and media coordination.
* Good knowledge of Nigerian media networks, influencer communities, and grassroots groups.
* Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with interpreting growth performance metrics.
