Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems
Process and reconcile daily financial transactions including payments, invoices, and receipts
Prepare and update supplier and customer accounts with accuracy
Review and approve payment requests with proper documentation
Initiate and process online payments via internet banking
Post bank transactions and purchases/sales on the ERP system
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
Support financial reporting and audit documentation
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with departments
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards
Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned
OND, HND, or B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (ERP experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
