Provide administrative assistance and handle accurate data entry into internal systems
Organize and update files, spreadsheets, and databases
Support sales operations by tracking leads and managing client information
Assist with maintaining sales records and ensuring timely follow-ups
Coordinate logistical activities, including deliveries, appointments, and tracking items
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials ahead of appointments
Oversee email responses, inquiries, and follow-up communication
Serve as a point of contact for internal communication tasks
Assist with document preparation, research, and general administrative activities
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Familiarity with email and calendar management tools
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks
Able to work independently and collaborate virtually
Professional conduct across all communication channels
