Provide customer support through WhatsApp, email, and social media
Post and manage basic brand content and social media advertisements
Assist with filing, document organization, and scheduling activities
Keep accurate records of leads, client communications, and business operations
Carry out general administrative tasks to improve workflow
Handle confidential information responsibly
Support simple content creation tasks using Canva or CapCut
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant
B.Sc or HND in a related field
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Social media savvy with basic Canva and CapCut skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently
Must own a laptop
Must live close to Rumuigbo
