Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

• Utilize analysis tools and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) vector stores to detect, diagnose, and resolve software defects.
• Leverage AI development agents to conceptualize, design, and deploy new features for cloud-native B2B applications.
• Transform existing enterprise products into modern, scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with a global team to build and ship reliable, enterprise-grade software with zero downtime.
• Apply GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and v0.dev to accelerate productivity and code quality.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development.
• Strong background in building production-grade server-side web applications.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, TypeScript, Golang, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a readiness to fully integrate AI into your daily development work.

What You Will Not Be Doing:

• Repetitive infrastructure tasks — you’ll focus on high-value engineering work.
• Endless meetings — development output takes priority over unnecessary discussions.

Compensation and Structure:

• Full-time (40 hours/week), long-term remote position.
• Independent contractor agreement through Crossover as Contractor of Record.
• $30 USD/hour (equivalent to $60,000 USD/year), paid weekly.
• Immediate start available.
