Job Summary

This role oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive customer engagement across real estate audiences, including developers, investors, landlords, brokers, tenants, and institutional clients.








Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies that support overall business goals across B2B and B2C markets


Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions within the real estate sector


Lead and manage a marketing team across digital, content, growth, and communications functions


Run performance marketing campaigns to support property sales, rental activities, and enterprise clients


Enhance user acquisition and conversion funnels through SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid media channels


Design lead nurturing systems using CRM and marketing automation tools


Maintain and grow brand identity across digital platforms, PR, events, and product touchpoints


Oversee content creation including blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and marketing materials


Work with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategies for new features and platforms


Develop product messaging, sales support tools, and customer onboarding materials


Manage PR activities, media communications, industry events, and external partnerships


Execute property-specific marketing including launches, promotions, open houses, and virtual showcases


Deliver targeted campaigns for investors, developers, agents, buyers, and tenants


Collaborate with sales, leasing, and project teams to support property-level marketing operations


Track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing ROI using analytics platforms


Prepare and present marketing performance reports to leadership


Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of property lifecycle and real estate brokerage structures


Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools


Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling abilities


Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams


Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline


Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership position
