Job Summary

The Executive Personal Assistant will support a senior medical professional and missionary by managing schedules, coordinating engagements, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with both professional and ministry-related activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily workflow
  • Coordinate events, medical engagements, and ministry activities
  • Handle emails, follow-up communication, documentation, and digital workflows
  • Keep organised records and provide timely reminders
  • Assist with research, correspondence, and preparation of materials
  • Support with errands, bank visits, and everyday personal tasks
  • Accompany the client to meetings, events, ministry activities, and field assignments
  • Provide logistics support for community outreach and medical programs
  • Organise transportation, materials, and event logistics
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and team members when required
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct
  • Communicate clearly in English and Yoruba, with additional languages an advantage
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, humility, and cultural sensitivity


Required Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills in English and Yoruba
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work with minimal supervision
  • Teachable, humble, and reliable with good judgement
  • Adaptability in changing environments
  • Comfortable working in both medical and ministry-focused settings
  • OND or equivalent minimum qualification
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage
  • Must live in or around the Ipaja axis for easy commute
  • Willing to support both professional and personal tasks
