Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new clients, and expanding the company’s presence within the construction and real estate markets. The role requires a high-performing professional with solid industry experience and the ability to convert leads into profitable projects while managing relationships and supporting the company’s strategic direction.










Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly financial goals.


Identify, approach, and secure prospective clients across individual, corporate, and developer segments.


Create and deliver structured presentations, proposals, and pricing documents.


Manage the full sales cycle from lead sourcing to deal closure.


Research emerging trends, competitor movements, and new market opportunities.


Build and maintain partnerships with architects, engineers, real estate companies, vendors, and consultants.


Lead B2B relationship development to grow long-term business pipelines.


Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and strategic forums to promote the company.


Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital campaigns.


Oversee online brand visibility and contribute to social media engagement and lead generation.


Monitor analytics from digital campaigns to support continuous improvement.


Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and track project needs.


Manage client onboarding processes and documentation effectively.


Address client concerns promptly to support retention and relationship strength.


Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports highlighting performance, conversions, and pipeline status.


Track and evaluate sales team KPIs to ensure targets are met.


Ensure accurate documentation and data management through CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.


Minimum of 2–4 years experience in a real estate or property development company.


Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.


Solid knowledge of construction and real estate industry practices.


Proven ability to build and manage professional relationships.


Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.


Highly motivated, strategic, and capable of working with limited supervision.
