Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Manage the reception area to ensure a neat and presentable environment
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and couriers
Maintain visitor logs and issue passes where necessary
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office logistics
Provide general administrative support to staff as required
HND/BSc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
3+ years’ experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
