Develop and implement human resource policies

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Oversee payroll management and employee relations
Lead training and development initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace
Support organizational development, performance management, and succession planning
Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and employee relations
Strong skills in organizational development, training, and performance management
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in HR management software and tools is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus)
