Oversee the Managing Director’s schedule, priorities, documents, meetings, and executive communication.
Prepare briefs, presentations, emails, reports, and follow-up notes for high-level engagements.
Participate in key meetings to record action points and ensure timely implementation.
Track organizational projects, monitor progress, and produce weekly status reports.
Coordinate workflow between departments to maintain alignment and resolve bottlenecks promptly.
Support process mapping, documentation, SOP development, and overall operational improvements.
Manage digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, the company website, and other platforms.
Coordinate content production with creative teams and track analytics to provide performance insights.
Handle newsletters, email campaigns, basic SEO tasks, and brand-aligned communication.
Serve as the communication channel between the MD and staff, partners, and external stakeholders.
Draft internal memos, updates, and correspondence while ensuring clarity and follow-through.
Conduct research for strategy, partnerships, presentations, and executive meetings.
Prepare materials for board sessions, reviews, and client or investor engagements.
Support administrative tasks including documentation, procurement, expense tracking, and vendor management.
Maintain orderliness and professionalism within the Executive Office at all times.
