Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing financial operations, supporting administrative activities, and ensuring strong organisational communication. It requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and the ability to work independently while handling travel-related responsibilities.





Key Responsibilities


Manage day-to-day financial activities and support administrative functions.


Prepare financial documentation and ensure compliance with organisational standards.


Handle corporate communication and maintain effective correspondence across departments.


Support executive operations and ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks.


Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting organisational deadlines.


Undertake local and international travel on short notice when required.


Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft tools for reporting and documentation.



Required Qualifications

Minimum of a first degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper).


Actively enrolled in ICAN at the Skills level or final stage.


Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Excellent analytical and corporate communication skills.


Strong administrative capability and ability to work independently.


Prepared to travel domestically and internationally at short notice.
