Job Summary

This role focuses on driving business expansion, securing new partnerships, and increasing revenue across residential, commercial, and tech-enabled real estate segments. It requires strong B2B sales capability, deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to achieve growth targets.






Key Responsibilities


Identify new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships to support revenue growth.


Assess market trends and develop strategies for tapping into emerging opportunities such as co-living, smart buildings, and property technology.


Build and manage key relationships with developers, brokers, landlords, enterprise clients, and technology partners.


Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions that align with the company’s digital products and platforms.


Work with Product and Marketing teams to provide market intelligence, feedback, and competitor insights.


Conduct customer and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning and client experience.


Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM dashboards, and prepare periodic performance reports.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while managing sales pipelines.


Coordinate with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns, events, and brand-building efforts.


Work alongside Legal and Finance teams to structure agreements and ensure proper compliance.


Required Qualifications


Strong B2B sales knowledge and understanding of the real estate value chain.


Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.


Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related areas (MBA is an advantage).


Minimum of 5 years’ business development experience, preferably in proptech, real estate, or tech-driven environments.
