Head of Operations

Strivo Labs seeks a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead operational excellence, streamline processes, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple business units.

Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and clarity

Design, implement, and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and service delivery frameworks

Lead operational planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination

Collaborate with department leads to drive alignment and resolve operational blockers

Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics for data-driven decisions

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client projects, internal initiatives, and strategic priorities

Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, driving continuous improvements

Develop and enforce operational standards, compliance requirements, and governance processes

Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, and operational cost optimization

Support leadership with business planning, strategic execution, reporting, and performance reviews

Mentor and manage operational teams, fostering accountability and a strong execution culture

Champion a culture of clarity, collaboration, productivity, and excellence

6–10 years’ experience in operations management, strategy & operations, or similar leadership roles

Strong background in process and systems optimization

Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex operational workflows

Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-growth, or consulting/tech environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, BI tools, dashboards, and project management tools

Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Experience in client-facing operational delivery is an advantage

Ability to think strategically while executing with precision
