Handle correspondence and communications
Maintain organized records and documentation
Perform clerical duties and phone communications
Facilitate smooth day-to-day office operations
Prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Assist with document creation using Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
Support other administrative and operational needs as required
3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or related transferable skills
Strong organizational, communication, and research skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and other productivity tools
Discreet, emotionally intelligent, reliable, and proactive
Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
