Assist guests in finding, booking, and organizing trips
Act as a liaison between guests and partners for seamless communication
Provide information, resolve inquiries, and manage complaints effectively
Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order process
Work independently as a remote team member while collaborating to meet performance targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and partners
Previous customer service experience required
Understanding of scuba diving-related products and services is highly desirable
Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) are a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Based in EMEA time zone (excluding The Netherlands)
Remote work experience preferred
Diving certificate is a strong advantage
Travel industry experience is desirable
