Job Summary

PNN Group is searching for an experienced COO with a strong background in IT or technology-driven operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, streamline operations, oversee multiple business units, and support the CEO in driving sustainable organizational growth.









Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and guide operational direction across all subsidiaries and departments.


Support the CEO with business planning, strategy execution, and performance monitoring.


Lead transformation initiatives, process optimization, and innovation projects.


Stay informed on IT trends to enhance organizational competitiveness.


Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.


Establish and enforce operational policies, standards, and KPIs.


Ensure optimal resource allocation and promote operational excellence.


Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.


Evaluate departmental performance and recommend corrective measures.


Lead and mentor departmental heads and cross-functional teams.


Promote a culture of high performance, teamwork, and accountability.


Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, talent development, and performance systems.


Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and regulators.


Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.


Represent the organization in key strategic engagements as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Engineering, or related fields.


MBA or relevant certifications are an added advantage.


Eight to twelve years of senior management experience, with mandatory experience in IT or technology-driven operations.


Strong operational, strategic planning, and process optimization background.


Proven ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously.


Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


High integrity, professionalism, and strategic vision.


Must be between ages 35 and 45.
