Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT operations and infrastructure across all Spiro geographies, ensuring high system availability across swap stations, charging hubs, and energy networks.
- Oversee employee IT services including devices, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications such as HR, Admin, Finance, and CRM systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure linking swap stations, charging points, and service hubs, ensuring reliable uptime and data synchronization.
- Drive cybersecurity, data privacy, and disaster recovery programs aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and other global standards.
- Collaborate with Energy Operations, IoT, and AI teams to enable predictive maintenance and real-time analytics for connected assets.
- Manage distributed hardware infrastructure including routers, IoT gateways, solar inverters, CCTV, and industrial edge devices.
- Define and monitor SLAs, uptime metrics, and incident response protocols.
- Work closely with Cloud Engineering and DevOps teams to optimize hybrid deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Lead and mentor a regional IT team; oversee vendor management, procurement, and partnerships with ISPs, OEMs, and energy network providers.
- Align IT infrastructure strategy with Spiro’s business growth and expansion goals across multiple countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven success managing multi-country IT operations, preferably within EV, energy, or petrol-station networks.
- Strong technical foundation in network design, hybrid cloud management, and systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with IoT or telemetry-driven infrastructure in industrial or energy settings.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, vendor management, and communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-scaling environment.
