Key Responsibilities
- Use advanced analysis tools and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to detect, diagnose, and resolve product issues.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance application performance and reliability.
- Rebuild and modernize existing B2B products into scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with a global team of elite developers to deliver enterprise-ready products with zero downtime.
- Utilize GenAI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev) to optimize productivity and code quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development.
- Proven experience developing production-grade server-side web applications.
- Strong background in one or more programming languages: Java, TypeScript, Golang, C++, or Python.
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficiency with GenAI tools and willingness to integrate AI agents into daily workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and precision.

- Routine, repetitive infrastructure tasks — you’ll focus on innovation and AI-driven development.
- Endless meetings — Trilogy prioritizes deep work and rapid output over unnecessary discussions.
Compensation and Structure:
- Full-time (40 hours/week), long-term remote position.
- Independent contractor agreement through Crossover as Contractor of Record.
- $30 USD/hour (equivalent to $60,000 USD/year), paid weekly.
