Optimise the supplier portfolio to maintain a balance between cost, quality, and reliability while mitigating risks
Support the development of local vendors and oversee rate card and room-kit procurement processes
Formulate project-specific procurement strategies aligned with timelines, risk considerations, and margin expectations
Ensure full compliance with procurement governance from sourcing to bid analysis, contract award, and variation management
Implement cost control measures and maintain clear documentation for audit readiness
Collaborate with the design, project management, and finance teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets
Provide market insights for early-stage costing and value engineering
Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, lead time, supplier reliability, and compliance
Prepare monthly procurement performance reports for senior management
Drive continuous improvement and digitalization within the procurement function
