Lead the SIWES+ marketing and sales team to achieve set business targets
Formulate, propose, and implement measurable marketing and sales strategies in line with periodic goals
Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns covering budgeting, lead generation, and content planning
Design and supervise traditional marketing initiatives
Build and expand the SIWES+ online community across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram
Identify and maintain strategic collaborations with tertiary institutions, SIWES officials, and students
Identify relevant tech events and encourage intern participation to improve brand visibility
Create and disseminate videos, articles, graphics, newsletters, and blog posts to engage target audiences
Conduct research, monitor market activities, and prepare detailed monthly reports
