Meet and exceed sales goals
Minimum 2 years of sales and retail management experience
Experience managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
People-oriented with strong guest service and public relations skills
Working knowledge of computers and standard software
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution preferred
