Engage actively with community members across social platforms and brand channels
Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely manner
Create and share tailored content such as posts, polls, videos, and newsletters
Communicate company updates, initiatives, and campaigns in ways that resonate with the audience
Represent the organization’s values and maintain a consistent brand voice
Monitor discussions, brand mentions, and online trends
Collect feedback and relay insights to management
Offer first-line customer support and escalate complex concerns appropriately
Develop strategies to expand and retain the community through campaigns and partnerships
Organize and host community events including webinars, live sessions, and meet-ups
Manage conflicts, negative feedback, and ensure adherence to community guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights that support decision-making
Graduate degree
Minimum of three years experience
Strong communication and time management skills
Prior remote work experience or access to a reliable remote setup including a laptop, strong internet connection, and a conducive work environment
