Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target prospective clients for corporate services, business support, and BPO solutions
* Promote offerings including HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management, virtual assistance, and administrative support
* Develop leads independently through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other channels
* Present proposals and solutions to decision-makers such as executives and operations heads
* Negotiate contracts and close deals according to company standards and pricing
* Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Provide regular updates on leads, activities, and closed deals to management
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate services, BPO, or business support sales
* Proven track record of independently generating and closing B2B sales
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong professional network and confidence in engaging corporate decision-makers
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
* Basic understanding of corporate services and outsourcing solutions is advantageous
