The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, develop strategies, manage key accounts, and drive business growth and profitability for Quibbles.
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
* Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity
* Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
* Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
* Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture through training and performance management
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales management
