Job Summary

A driven and detail-oriented Personal Operations Officer is required to support the Founder/CEO of two fast-growing brands. This role blends executive assistance, operations coordination and personal task management. Candidates must be proactive, highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities

* Handle scheduling for business and personal activities, including meeting coordination and reminders.

* Prepare daily and weekly briefs to keep the CEO updated.

* Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external communications.

* Create itineraries and manage last-minute adjustments.

* Draft and refine emails, memos, reports and presentations.

* Support active projects across different business streams.

* Monitor deadlines, vendor deliverables and project progress.

* Manage procurement of personal and household essentials.

* Track key dates and personal responsibilities.

* Assist with planning workshops, retreats, events and client activities.

* Coordinate with vendors, partners and facilitators.

* Manage sensitive information with complete discretion.

* Support creative research, presentations and visual concepts.

* Provide flexible assistance for shifting priorities.



Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive.

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

* High emotional intelligence and professionalism.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.

* Strong initiative and ability to anticipate needs.

* Calm, composed and solution-driven work approach.

* Experience in design, wellness, events, hospitality or creative sectors is an advantage.

* Flexible, adaptable and reliable with strong time-management skills.
