We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Accountant to join Intavalto’s growing team. In this role, you will help oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with Nigeria’s tax laws. You’ll also support strategic decision making by creating clear financial reports and presentations that help shape our investments in sustainable energy and smart home infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
* Update salary structures in line with the company’s latest compensation review.
* Ensure payroll calculations comply with Nigerian tax regulations, including PAYE and all statutory deductions.
* Set up and manage staff pension deductions in accordance with the Pension Reform Act.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit statutory filings to tax authorities and pension fund administrators.
* Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and documentation.
* Track and analyse financial data from online channels and advise management on trends and risks.
* Support external audits with necessary reports and documentation.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
* Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA or its equivalent is an advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting, with hands on payroll management.
* Good knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, pensions, and statutory payroll deductions.
* Strong proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work with cross functional teams.
