Job Summary

Concentrix is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor - Sales to join our team in Accra. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication and service skills with a passion for sports and fashion. You will engage with customers through various channels—phone, email, chat, and instant messaging—to resolve inquiries, build relationships, and drive sales of premium sports and fashion products.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide professional customer service by responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and instant messaging.
  • Engage customers with empathy and enthusiasm, understanding their needs while providing product recommendations that enhance athletic performance and style.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer preferences and buying signals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve service quality and sales efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales strategies.


Required Qualifications


  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within retail or the sports industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher proficiency).
  • Passion for sports and fashion, with the ability to discuss current trends and products confidently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to spot sales opportunities.
  • Strong customer orientation, multitasking ability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
