Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules efficiently
Serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and external partners
Assist management in implementing office policies and procedures
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in administration or office management
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
