* Create event structures including checklists, budgets, timelines, and run-sheets.
* Host or co-host events when required.
* Produce visual content including videos, reels, and photos for social media.
* Develop and manage social media calendars, trends, and engagement activities.
* Collaborate with photographers and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.
* Suggest and develop new experience packages aligned with youth culture and lifestyle trends.
* Support marketing initiatives and brand-development activities.
* Coordinate with apartment managers, operations teams, and service staff to maintain readiness of event materials and supplies.
* Monitor guest satisfaction, track performance data, and maintain high-quality hospitality standards.
