Job Summary

The role involves driving B2C sales growth by identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients within the e-commerce, trading, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. The candidate should be skilled in field sales, market research, and building strong client relationships that support Speedaf Nigeria’s logistics services.





Key Responsibilities


* Carry out field sales activities and cold calls to achieve sales targets, especially within the e-commerce and logistics space.

* Conduct market surveys and research to understand customer expectations and industry trends.

* Develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and expand the customer base.

* Engage e-commerce merchants, trading companies, and other businesses requiring logistics solutions.

* Identify and assess prospective clients, understanding their business structure and aligning them with relevant delivery services such as warehousing, distribution, and direct operations.

* Understand client needs and ensure all concerns or inquiries are communicated clearly to enhance satisfaction through agreed service-level terms.

* Generate new business leads through networking, research, and direct outreach.

* Review sales reports, evaluate market shifts, and recommend adjustments to improve sales performance.

* Work closely with the operations team to provide tailored logistics solutions.

* Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to support reporting and forecasting.

* Be available for inter-state travel 1–2 times monthly for client meetings.


Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

* Minimum of 2 years B2C logistics sales experience, preferably with established contacts within Lagos and nearby e-commerce sectors.

* Candidates from FMCG or supply chain backgrounds may apply but must show strong client acquisition abilities.

* Proficiency in office and productivity software, with the ability to carry out market analysis independently.

* Advantage for applicants with existing e-commerce or social media seller connections in Lagos.

* Ability to build a customer base from scratch.

* Strong teamwork mindset with quick response ability, excellent communication skills, and flexibility in handling customer demands.
