* Carry out field sales activities and cold calls to achieve sales targets, especially within the e-commerce and logistics space.
* Conduct market surveys and research to understand customer expectations and industry trends.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and expand the customer base.
* Engage e-commerce merchants, trading companies, and other businesses requiring logistics solutions.
* Identify and assess prospective clients, understanding their business structure and aligning them with relevant delivery services such as warehousing, distribution, and direct operations.
* Understand client needs and ensure all concerns or inquiries are communicated clearly to enhance satisfaction through agreed service-level terms.
* Generate new business leads through networking, research, and direct outreach.
* Review sales reports, evaluate market shifts, and recommend adjustments to improve sales performance.
* Work closely with the operations team to provide tailored logistics solutions.
* Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to support reporting and forecasting.
* Be available for inter-state travel 1–2 times monthly for client meetings.
