* Manage 50+ inbound leads per month and own the end-to-end sales process.
* Conduct 2–8 discovery calls per day with C-level and Director-level prospects.
* Match Magic products to client needs and drive deal closure.
* Maintain and manage pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring follow-up and deal velocity.
* Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
* Continuously learn, seek feedback, and adapt strategies to improve sales performance.
* Work consistently during US business hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET) and attend mandatory training sessions.
* Self-manage equipment needs including computer, headset, high-speed internet, and backup power.
* Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (SMB/Mid-Market, U.S. or Canada) with SaaS, subscription services, AI, or outsourcing.
* Proven consultative sales experience selling to executive-level buyers.
* High-volume inbound sales experience with strong pipeline management skills.
* Hungry, gritty, coachable, and self-accountable with a results-driven mindset.
* Proficiency with HubSpot, AI tools, and modern sales platforms.
* Ability to work US Eastern Time business hours consistently.
* Reliable internet, computer/laptop, professional headset, and distraction-free workspace.
