* Review and ensure compliance of client documentation with regulatory and agency standards.
* Track, process, and reconcile county and department billing records.
* Monitor and correct billed claims in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
* Prepare invoices and manage payment reports for county billings.
* Process denied claims and maintain claim reconciliation reports.
* Assist staff in completing or correcting documentation.
* Organize records for audits and actively participate in Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) plans.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain accurate procedures.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
* Prior quality assurance or case management experience strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of IBHIS and billing codes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat, and office software.
* Ability to work extended hours and commute to multiple sites.
* Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB, and drug screening.
* DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index clearance required.
