* Develop and execute a social media strategy supporting brand, growth, and product priorities
* Build and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and events
* Define KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, followers) and monitor performance
* Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including thought leadership, explainer visuals, short videos, customer stories, and case studies
* Manage daily posting and community engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
* Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to translate campaigns into compelling social narratives
* Work with designers and video editors to produce on-brand creatives
* Maintain a consistent brand voice reflecting Rabafast’s values
* Track performance using analytics tools, report insights, and optimize content through experiments
