Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute weekly content calendars for all social channels.
* Brainstorm and refine content ideas, storytelling angles, and brand messaging.
* Create, edit, and optimize short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and YouTube.
* Design engaging graphics and quotes using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
* Write sharp, platform-specific captions and post descriptions.
* Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, optimization, and repurposing content.
* Track insights, review performance metrics, and refine strategies based on data.
* Engage the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
* Manage scheduling and publishing using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
Required Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience creating or managing content for social media brands or influencers.
* Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, InShot, or similar.
* Basic graphic design and photo-editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
* Understanding of algorithms on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
* Strong writing skills and storytelling ability.
* Interest in inspirational, uplifting, and faith-focused content.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of YouTube SEO and optimization for Shorts.
* Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn analytics.
* Insight into influencer marketing and content monetization.
* Proficiency with AI-powered creative and automation tools.
* Awareness of emerging AI and social media trends.
