* Deliver prompt technical support via email, phone, or on-site visits.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with inverters and battery systems.
* Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
* Conduct inspections and technical audits to ensure product performance.
* Provide training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams.
* Develop and update technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.
* Collect customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and sales teams to improve products.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records of support activities and prepare technical reports.
* Strong technical knowledge of inverter and battery technologies.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related roles, preferably in energy or electronics.
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Clear communication skills in English; additional minority languages are a plus.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
