Job Summary

  • We are looking for an organized,goal-driven and customer focused operations and sales manager to oversee the daily operations of a hair saloon.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business activities,manage staff performance,drive sales and create an excellent customer experience that reflects our brand values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate salon staff, including hairstylists, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders when necessary.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports for management.
  • Ensure the salon environment is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
  • Create and manage promotions, discounts, and marketing activities to boost revenue.
  • Maintain records of expenses, sales, and employee schedules.


Required Qualifications

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, operations, or customer service (preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage
