Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation environment.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility for compact/multistate license).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Rehab or similar clinical setting.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, three times per week.
