Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and ensure patient rooms, hallways, and storage areas are clean and organized.
- Support clinical care tasks that do not require a nursing license.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and assist with phone operations and visitor orientation.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and document all patient interactions.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to review and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient flow by tracking admissions, discharges, and room availability.
- Clean and restock patient rooms after discharge, ensuring proper disposal and sterilization of items.
- Follow all patient safety procedures and hospital protocols.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and excellent communication in all duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Direct patient care experience preferred but not mandatory.
- BLS Certification (required).
- Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification (required if assigned to the Transitional Sub-Acute Unit).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a clinical environment.

Work Schedule
* 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)
* Includes weekend and holiday rotations.
