We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Graduate Intern with a passion for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of social media strategies that align with the agency’s goals while staying ahead of industry trends.

Develop and implement social media strategies in collaboration with the team

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts

Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms

Monitor, respond, and engage with online communities

Execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests

Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand campaign reach

Manage ad campaigns and budgets

Track, analyze, and report social media performance

Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize results

Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong passion for social media, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle

Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with attention to design and content creation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
