* Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries professionally
* Provide detailed information about DBE products, packages, and warranties
* Process customer orders, track payments, and update sales records
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation
* Follow up with leads and clients to improve conversion rates
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, sales, and customer satisfaction
* Support marketing efforts by sharing product updates and promotions
* Ensure all client interactions reflect DBE’s values of trust, reliability, and innovation
* OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or sales administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
* Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, or Zoho
* Knowledge of solar, energy, or electronics sales is an advantage
* Positive attitude, empathy, and attention to detail
