* Design, implement, and improve the performance management framework.
* Coordinate annual performance appraisals, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration sessions.
* Train managers and staff on performance evaluation and feedback.
* Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and manage internal and external training programs.
* Source and manage training vendors and facilitators.
* Develop and maintain the company’s competency framework and coordinate periodic competency assessments.
* Lead succession planning and talent management initiatives, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
* Manage HR risk assessment programs and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Prepare reports and provide data-driven HR insights.
* Support employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
