* Manage all components of assigned HR projects, including planning, risk and issue management, resource allocation, status reporting, and change management.
* Staff projects appropriately and proactively identify and escalate resource risks.
* Deploy project management tools, templates, and processes in alignment with HR Operations Excellence standards.
* Identify and resolve potential project roadblocks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Provide frequent, actionable status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Track and update key project performance metrics including timeline, deliverables, and budget.
